We take pride in processing your orders quickly.  Please allow for 1-2 Business days once your order is placed.  Your order, after processing, will arrive based on your shipping preferences between 2-7 days.  Shipping is never guaranteed based on our providers unfortunately but please note whether your choose ground or priority as times do vary.

Return Policy

The Naughty Sprinkle

All Naughty Sprinkle Items including gift cards and food related item sales such as sprinkles/confectionary sugars, molds, tools and edible glitters are final. Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. That being said, if you ever have an issue with your order, please reach out to our team at info@thenaughtysprinkle.com

Naughty Merch

Unworn, unwashed apparel, in its original form of packaging, may be sent back for an exchange only. Please contact us at info@thenaughtysprinkle.com to start an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your information on product damage, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
